Greg Heppner specializes in the design of custom residential projects with the goal to make each house as unique as the owner.  We start by listening to our clients to understand their building needs and desires.  Then, in a multi-step design process, relying heavily on client involvement and feed back, we develop a one-of-a-kind architectural solution for almost any residential building project.  Finally, comprehensive construction drawings are produced to ensure the project is constructed to match the agreed upon design.

2. Residential Planning

When building a new house, you are faced with an overwhelming number of questions and decisions. 
- How large a house do you need? 
- What rooms do I want and/or need?
- Is this piece of land suitable?
- Where are the best views?
- What natural features should be saved?
- How should the house be sited on the property for maximum sun light?

3. Historic Preservation

They don’t build them like they use to.  That saying is particularly true for older homes.  Historic styles have design rules that must be understood and followed.  Construction techniques and materials from past eras require a special understanding and approach.  When and where should new technologies be used that will not degrade the historic charm of an old house?  Gregory F.
